Mimolette is a cow's milk cheese produced in Flanders. It has a mild flavor with hints of nuttiness, fruity flavor, and butterscotch. It is a one of a kind cheese!

Grossvättu Raclette
It's raclette season and we've got several options for you to choose from! Grossvättu is made by a co-op of small cow farms in the Emmental Valley. It is full bodied, with strong aromas, but still a very approachable raclette!
