Your favorite Olive oils are back! We have Partanna and Frantoia in stock. If you're a fan of spicy, grassy, unfiltered oils, make sure to check out the Paesanol and  Monte Pollino Contadino oils. Bottled fresh after harvest, both have tons of fresh olive flavor. If mild and buttery oils are more to your taste, we have two wonderful oils from Lebanon, Adolphos and Koura.

Everyone's favorite Marmalade mix is back! Mamade has been providing Seville Bitter Oranges to home canners for decades. Longtime PFI staffer Chris Greenlee remembers his grandmother making it during his childhood. One can (7.25$ each) makes 6 lbs of marmalade! All you need is water and sugar and you too can have homemade marmalade in just 30 minutes. Grandma's secret recipe- add an airplane bottle of scotch during cooking to give it a little Scottish kick!

Pure Dark are stunning, rich, perfectly-crafted chocolates.  Many of them are made to be used as ingredients but each of them is a wonderful chocolate-eating experience by itself.   They come in rounds - your choice of sea salt, chipotle-cinnamon (pictured above) and cardomom.  They come in slabs - your choice of plain 70% or with roasted and caramelized cacao nibs or with caramelized cacao nibs and coarse sugar.  Also, they come in two kinds of bark - both dark chocolate but one topped with cherries, roasted almonds and caramelized cacao nibs as well as one with crytallized ginger, roasted pecans and caramelized cacao nibs.

Many of you already know these products.  They're wonderful, spicy pepper products and we love them.

This is a clean, thrillingly smooth oil.  A little green, a little fruity with a pleasantly light viscosity.   As it says on the bottle, this "product is of drinkable quality.  A fine value.

Here is an exquisite semi-soft cow cheese from Italy.  It's from the same region as Trugole (a staff and customer favorite).  It's mild with being dull and has beautiful eyes.  It melts magnificently.

A customer favorite for years, this sauce disappeared from our shelves about two years ago.  We still get calls for it.  Well, it's back, baby!  We get it in the 6 pound, 9 ounce can (#10).  It's a lot of sauce for the money - and it freezes pretty well.
